Justin Foster Jazz Saxophonist & Music Composer
Justin, as a solo artist or along with a jazz band, is available for hire to provide background music for corporate functions, conventions, private parties, and other events, performing both laid back and upbeat Jazz music.
Justin is also available to compose music for video backings - suitable for corporate videos. In conjunction with two other team members, they can do the filming, editing and music for a truely unique professional Corporate Video.
A bit about Justin as a performer:
Justin has performed with Allan Zavod (internationally famous pianist), James Black (of Rock Quiz), Jack Howard (of Hunters and Collectors), and the Daryl McKenzie Jazz Orchestra as the featured guest artist, to name a few.
Justin also performed for several years at the Generations In Jazz National Competition (Mt. Gambier, SA) in the presence of personalities like MC Daryl Sommers, and esteem performers like the multi-instrumental Australian jazz musician James Morrison (AM), and international great Gordon Goodwin Of Big Phat Band fame.
He has played at the Melbourne Recital Centre, The Edge Federation Square, Yarra River Jazz Festival, Cafe Latte, Marquee Lounge Bar, Elwood Lounge, The Paris Cat, Dizzy's, The Apartment, Flying Saucer RSL, The Caravan Club RSL, Elwood RSL, and that is just in Victoria.
Due to his versatility, Justin has performed in Pit Orchestras (reed book) for Musicals such as Urinetown and Pirates of Penzance. He also had the lead acting role as P.T. Barnum in the Barnum musical, which included singing, dancing, playing the clarinet, riding a unicycle and juggling (but not all at the same time).
Because of Jusin's broad muscial range, he has provided musical entertainment for the Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Carlton Footbal Club, Ego Pharmaceuticals, Comunity TV Christmas Carols, Clunes Book Festival, Bib Stillwell BMW, and other corporate gigs.

Composed original background music for Ego Pharmaceuticals' 30 minute corporate video.
Co-wrote a song that was shortlisted on the National Song Writing Competition (ASA: instrumental category, adult section).
